We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Stots Corporation’s products.  If you do not feel that we delivered everything we promised, just return your tool with proof of payment within 60 days and we will refund your money. If your Stots Corporation manufactured product breaks in the next five years send it along with proof of date of purchase for a free replacement. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STOTS CORPORATION BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

Some items sold by Stots Corporation and manufactured by another company carry a manufacturer's specific limited warranty; please email or mail for details if problems occur.

Domestic Orders:

We ship your order fast and economically via a variety of methods and carriers. Unless otherwise requested, our primary method of shipment for orders is  with UPS. We do not ship C.O.D. (Check On Delivery).

International Orders: AT THIS TIME WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 Stots Corporation shall not be responsible for delays in shipping caused by computer or electronic interruptions, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, strikes, riots, severe weather conditions, acts of God, or any other forces beyond our reasonable control.

Stots Corporation accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Stots Corporation also accepts check or money order payments. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Stots Corporation currently collects sales tax in the following states: KY (list subject to change).
